Noncompete Agreement

Any agreement by which:
- The employee pretends they won't go work for the competition.
- The employer pretends it's enforceable in the State of California.

Engineer #1: "They wanted me to sign a noncompete."
Engineers: "AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
